Ms. Brenda Sue Mance was born August 29, 1950 to the late Ms. Onita Harrison-Pierce and the late Mr. I. W. Dotson. Brenda departed this life on January 21, 2020.
In her early life, Brenda attended Cross Plains Baptist Church, where she gave her life to Christ at an early age. Later in life, she attended Hickory Grove CME. Brenda was known to others as a kind, honest, outspoken, and loving person. She was a homemaker and a caregiver who was always willing to help others. She was full of wisdom and a teacher of life lessons. Once Brenda established a friendship with you, she was a true friend until the end. Furthermore, Brenda loved her family and friends.
She leaves to cherish her memories to her children, Patrick Mance, Juanita (Corey) White, Gregory (Cutina) Mance, and Maurice Mance; brothers, Reverend Eugene (Lena) Whelchel and James Williams; sister, Grace (Hilary) Hayes; grandchildren, Montay Mintz, Maurdrickas Jackson of Kansas, Kenya Jackson of Kansas, Leniqua Sims, Corda Mance, Tyteshia Harris, Corbin Mance, Nicholas Mance, and Shaqueata Waller; great grandchildren, Marquise Maddox, Noel Jackson, Aubrey Williams, Ceanna Bush, and Adalana Mance; and a host of special aunts, uncles, other relatives and special friends whom she loved dearly.
Memorial service will be held Saturday February 1, 2020 at 1pm at Dexter T. Sims Mortuary, LLC in The Rev. Charlie, Jr. and Conchita Sims Memorial Chapel.
