
Irvin Linwood Wright was born on March 3, 1980 in New York to the late Irvin Wright and the late Anita Wright. He was called home to be with the Lord on February 18, 2025. He was preceded in death by his Aunt Merie Chambers and his grandmother Viola Wooden.
Irvin had an infectious personality that lured people to him. As the cliché goes, to know him is to love him. His genius allowed him the opportunity to interact with individuals from all walks of life. His outgoing personality gave him the ability to talk and socialize with anyone. In spite of the fact that Irvin traveled on some difficult roads, he was a truly good and loving person. Throughout his journey of experiencing some challenging roads, Irvin can finally rest at last.
He leaves to mourn his passing to uncles, Rick Chambers of California, Elliex (Martha Ann) Wooden and Charles (Olivia) Lumpkin, both of Tennessee; aunt, Mattie Wooden of Tennessee; cousins, Bernard Wooden, Ladartche Wooden, and Marva Wooden, all of Tennessee; special friends, Leron Alsobrooks, Willie Terry, and Antonio White, all of Georgia; and a host of family and friends.
Funeral service will be held Saturday March 1, 2025 at Donald Trimble Mortuary, Inc. at 3pm. Burial will be in Royal Chapel CME Church in Byhalia, MS. Viewing will be from 12 noon until the time of service.
